  2. Heyy. Thanks again for all the great advice everyone ! I did order Daniel Kerns regimen after doing a little research ... might even get here this week. On a bad note though, I have something pretty weird formed on my chin ... its just like a red bump, and it looks & feels sort of like a bug bite, but doesn't itch ... hope that'll clear up lol ...   3. Yeah, the kelp thing was something I expected to hear ... but many Japanese people eat kelp at morning, noon, & night! Personally, however, I used to eat seaweed all the time about a year ago, and my face was close to spotless then. I have since lowered my seaweed intake and -- no noticeable effects. Besides, I don't get flareups perse, the problem is everytime I think my acne is finally going away, new ones form slowly, and I can't keep up with them =[ .
  4. I'm 14 years old, fairly thin ... I excercise about 3 - 6 times a week swimming, and have a pretty good well balanced diet. I make Japanese food a lot, like rice & seaweed, miso soup, fish, vegetables, etc. (Speak Japanese too & a little Korean ... a friend of mine might even be taking me to China next summer.)   5. I don't see why everyone here thinks this is so unheard of ... Acne is almost completely psychological. People only get acne when their predominant thoughts are acne. This is soooo logical. Why do you think everyone here has acne? The freaking site url is "ACNE.org". If you focus on clear skin, and realize that all that exhists for you is clear skin, that's what you're going to get. It works for me!
