  1. So now that summer is rolling around the corner and im gonna be out in the sun a lot more...I need some suggestions for either just sun tan lotion or SPF moisturizer for me to use. I currently use Differin at nights, and Benzaclin with regular cetaphil Moisturizer in the mornings. I do have relatively oily skin. Ill take suggestions for either something i can use daily that will work well, or something i can just put on when im going to be in the sun for a longer period of time.
  2. So...i'm wondering...who here says that nuts break them out? And if you do...what kind of nuts do you eat? Salted?? Because i think that may be why...its not the nuts thats causing the break outs, its the salt maybe. And aside, can you give me your input about them anyway, because i eat nuts all the time as a snack...its got 3% DV of sodium, and i dont want to stop taking them for a while because i eat them for the protein, which i really need....and at this point it seems anything with a goo
  3. I take about 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons per day with dinner. I rough it out and take it straight from the bottle....it gets it over quicker and its easy to pour it in the back of my mouth avoiding my tounge most of the time
  4. So we all know that sugars in candy, and refined sugar and all that do have an affect on acne. But what about sugar alcohol? is that just as bad? or whats the deal with it? And also....are sugars from fruits like apples, grapes, and all that bad acne too? Because i've cut out all candy sugars, and chocolates and all that from my diet, but i do eat a lot more fruit now and i'm wondering if the fruit sugars are just as bad.
  5. That's the shortest response I've ever seen you post! lol The micro comedone that sits in the pore can take several months to develop, and comedones are always present in acne. But not every pore with a micro comedone in it develops a pimple.   6. Then wouldnt eating a lot of sugar or salt not show up for those said 30-90 days? Because if that is true about the length of development, then wouldnt looking for breakouts days after you consume bad foods be purposeless?
  7. I know that they do different things, but after the face washing, would it make any difference if i use BHA, and then BP? or BP and then BHA? or even mixing them and using at the same time?

  9. yea, i just did a little research on it, and i found this page that lists all the stuff that flax seed oil can do for you http://ga.essortment.com/whatisflaxsee_pfy.htm So i think im going to take that rather then the fish oil supplements, because this seems to have a lot more health benefits LOl.   11. What brand, or type of fish oil/ omega 3 supplements would you reccomend best for the dkr?
  12. Alright, well i have a bottle of the 2% gel right now, and im going to try adding it into my regimen and see what happens, but i just pray it doesnt make it worse.
  13. Ive been using the bp for a few months now, and its worked ok, but each day it seems i get more and more blackheads, and i do still get some whiteheads at times. Would it be ill advised to add a step to the wash, bp, moisturize regimen and add a layer of paulas choice bha after or before the bp step? Or should i just pick one?
