  1. UPDATE: After much research, I realized that while I do have a sensitivity to soy as far as breakouts are concerned, the main cause of my acne was my Mirena IUD after all. I cut out soy, which worked for a time, but soon thereafter, I continued getting cystic acne in the same places, even with a soy-free diet. After tearing through the web, I read up on Mirena-induced acne and it seems that is the cause. I am still debating getting it out because I love it for everything else. I am trying Eve
  2. I am currently struggling with Mirena-induced cystic acne and searching around the web for answers. I have heard natural supplements like DIM, Vitex or Evening Primrose can help. Has anyone tried those? I tried DIM for about 60 days with no real improvement. I am just starting EPO after reading articles about that being a holy grail for acne w/ Mirena.   3. I am a 24 y/o female with dry/combination skin. I have had great skin my whole life, never an issue with breakouts. Enter Mirena IUD. I got the Mirena in March of 2016, and that December (about 9 months later), I started getting cystic acne around my jaw, mouth and cheeks.
