  1. I'll say this: there's something funny about the GNC brand. When I try to mix it in with water to put on my face, a good portion of it is clearly not water-soluable. When I mix in my B5 from www.1fast400.com, it mixes perfectly. So, the GNC ain't exactly pure B5.
  2. I don't know enough about the chemistry differences between how the body processes B5 and Pantethine to know if I still need to take the B-Complex and Biotin with Pantethine. Anyone know?
  3. I should mention I'm 21. If yer 14 or 15, you obviously shouldn't automatically expect my kind of results. I'd describe my acne as moderate adult acne... without any medication, maybe 2 or 3 whiteheads a day, with an occasional cyst.
  4. To maybe help others achieve my success with B5: I've been taking 10 grams a day for a bit more than two weeks... went completely off of Benzoyl Peroxide because it made the initial breakout last longer... have been taking a B-100 complex and 1000 mcg of biotin daily... twice a day, I empty a 500 mg capsule of B5 into the bottle cap, add a small amount of water, mix it together with a Q tip, then rub the mixture all over my face. When I don't do the topical, I get more oil, but when I do t
  5. 10 grams a day... I woke up today with no facial oil and no zits... nothing. Awesome. Been getting diarrhea tho, so I'm gonna switch to pantethine as soon as it comes in the mail.
  6. Hi, I'm a journalism student at USC doing a report on B5, and I was wondering if any of you could answer a few questions for me. This is for a class, but if the article shapes up to be really informative, I may submit it to the LA Times. There's never been any media coverage of B5, so you can help spread the word by helping me out. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. 1. How much did you research the B5 before you started taking it? 2. Why did you finally decide to go on the B5?
  7. Looking at the Swanson's on the Internet, I see that it contains B5, gelatin, and magnesium stearate. The bottle of GNC B5 I have here says it contains B5, gelatin, Cellulose, and Whole Brown Rice Powder. The popular Twinlab B5, along with B5, contains Gelatin, Cellulos, Purified Water, MCT, Magnesium Stearate. The only thing in the Swansons then that I see causing a problem is the magnesium stearate, but the twinlab has it too. Maybe the Swanson's has more? Maybe other chemicals are fi
  8. http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=928 I just started my regiment today with some GNC from the store until I go back home from spring break, and was thinking of ordering this when I get back at school. This is by far the cheapest I've seen it... I know the powder tastes like crap, but I'm a poor college student so it's the best option. Also, since B5 is water soluable, does that mean I can't, say, mix the B5 powder in with some tang or powdered iced tea to kill the taste?
