May I know any of you ever using Neem Cleansing Soap? I just bought a Neem Soap manufactured by an Indian company. The ingredients of the soap stated are, Neem(Azadirachta indica), soap(vegetable soap), coconut oil derivative, purified water and fragrance. I wonder whether the soap is alkaline and will aggravate acne. Don't know whether it is safe to use or not? Your opinions are appreciated!

I came across an article four days ago about a device for acne called Z - Stick. It is only the size of an electronic thermometer. According to the statement, you can see the improvement within few hours after using it and the acne will dissapear within one or two days.
