  1. Eat some complex carbs and protein to even out your blood sugar.
  2. I don't know why your red marks take a long time to heal, but I know why you get dizzy when you stand up. It is orthostatic hypertension (means your blood pressure plummets if you stand up too fast.) It's not a big deal. You just have to stand up slowly.
  3. What's an aspirin mask? I've never heard of it before.
  4. Oooh, this sounds promising. I may try this. Do you only put it on active pimples? Did you say it gets rid of blackheads?
  5. Oh my God! I used this years ago and it made my skin worse! I don't know if I just have sensitive skin, but I hope that doesn't happen to you.
  6. I've been tempted to buy this a few times, but I think it's pricey. I can get BP at the drug store for under $5. If you get it, will you let me know if it works?
  7. I don't think I could do this, but I'm glad you guys found something that works!
  8. I was on antibiotics for a long time due to various medical problems. Sigh... I think candida can be very real. I think if a person is constantly on antibiotics they may really have it, because they do cause yeast and kill all your bacteria - even the good bacteria.
  9. I used it while I was on tane and it was great. You can't use it all over though.
  10. I must say, I'm glad I had clear skin for so long. I do not take that for granted at all.
  11. So, IF my derm agrees to put me on it, I have to wait 30 days before actually getting it? That's annoying. I know I can't be pregnant, but I also know that doesn't matter in this scenario. Why do you have to wait 30 days? Can't they just do the pregnancy test with your initial blood work, and then agian when you go to get the rx in a few weeks? Why the 30 days? This is another reason I want to go back on it now, because if my acne gets really bad, I'll have to wait for the appointment; get th
  12. Oh, this scares me! I'm thinking of going on a 2nd course. My acne is coming back after three years. It's mild right now, but I know my skin and it will get worse. I have scarring from before, which is why I want to go on it again. I don't want more. Do you think you're having an initial breakout? Maybe they started you off at too high of a dose...?
  13. I used BP during my course. It helped a lot. I didn't put it everywhere, but just where I could feel a cyst coming on, and it would prevent me from getting it. Initially, I didn't use anything, and then my derm told me I could spot treat with it, and it made a world of difference. I could've saved myself a lot of scars from cysts if my derm would've told me early on....stupid woman! So, I'm telling you guys...maybe it will help someone.
