  1. If you're using enough BP in that area, it should dry the pimple out like mad and it'll flake away. I had a few pimples form and the BP eradicated those suckers. P.S. Don't pop!
  2. Twice a day, here's the amount: http://acne.org/finger.html Also, note this quote: The pictures below represent how much benzoyl peroxide you need if treating your entire face. If your problem area is only part of your face, you will need less. If your problem area includes the neck or body, you will need more.
  3. Also, your diet/nutrition has a key role in the riddance of acne. 7. Is it OK to be using Cetaphil's Antibacterial Gentle Cleansing Bar to wash my face? http://www.cetaphil.com/Products/CleansingBars.aspx I don't think it matters, but as far as acne is concerned, is antibacterial OK?
  8. Here's what I take: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?produ...rentPage=search I'd also like to know if this is "OK" for acne.
  9. I've noticed the same thing. The reason that I started the regimen is because I have these two red blotches on my face. The redness is calming down and I am now getting whiteheads in these two areas. I guess the dryness is allowing the acne to turn into whiteheads, and eventually dissappear? Is this correct?
  10. Thanks Kim, I'm going to go with the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer I think: http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_45.asp
