  1. Wash face with raw honey in the morning 
    try applying lavender essential oil on those spots
    drink herbal teas daily, they heal and prevent future acne

    drink 30 min before meal, take separate from other drugs

  2. I get breakout from chocolate, regular dairy, and sugar if I overdose 
    its important to drink something right away to stabilize sugar, I do that by adding cinnamon to water I drink

So I know what I'm talking about, and I also know that it can be a real struggle for people who doesn't have a scientific background to make the difference between a good scientific article who can be trust and a bull**** one ! 

    If those things work for you, great ! The thing is that it won't for most people. But it's your opinion and it's ok. I respect your opinion. Mine is that I don't trust natural remedies so much because their effectivess hasn't been proven scientifically.

    If food Rarely cause skin breakout
    how come when I switched from organic milk to regular I got really ugly breakout???!!!
    how come when I eat chocolate or eat sweets I get breakout and my friends too tell me that sugar cause them breakout??!!!
    we all know that meat and dairy loaded with hormones and people eat out like never before!

    do a clay mask once a week
    also take vitamin D3 if you are inside most of the time
