  1. Yeah i'm focusing in my traps a lot now. Started doing shrugs, upright rows and heavy deadlifts. They are actually coming along. Thanks for the tip.
  2. actually i don't tan at all i'm not really sure why i'm darker besides the fact that i'm outside now more and its basically the end of summer
  3. I would highly advise against this because it becomes addictive and for me it lead to more harm than good.
  4. You do realize that the active part of green tea is catechin polyphenols. These compounds are highly hydrophilic so they are just sitting on the surface of your skin (they will not penetrate). In order to penetrate the lipid bilayer of a keratinocyte they must be chemically estereified and then once inside lipase will reconvert them back to their original hydroxyl form. Just though i'd let you know that.
  5. Anthonys gains are totally legit. However he was a unique sitiuation becuase he was so underweight. He discovered proper nutrition and supplementation. I definitely think his transformation is possible. Anyway whether you believe it or not his site gives good nutritional reccomendations and i follow a similar plan to his but my argument against him is that you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time its possible, but the hypertrophy won't happen as quick as if you focus on bulking alon
  6. You are partially incorrect. Many bacteria have an enzyme called hydrogen peroxide oxidase which causes this foaming (it essentailly reacts with the H2O2 to prevent cellular damage). Thats one source of the foam that you are seeing. Its a bacterial protective mechanism.
  7. what about epsom salt guys i always clear up when i go to the beach and swim?
  8. Hey guys a little history first. Currently i'm 22 and have had acne since i was about 15. Acne is on face, back, shoulders, forearms (blackheads) and most severe on my arms. Went to a dermatologist and she presecribed minacyclin (oral antibiotic) 100mg twice a day, differin adapalene gel and avar (sulfur) cleanser. After about 6 weeks my facial acne is well under control (almost totally gone -- just a few brown scars left and generally is very manegable). However my body acen isn't that grea
