  1. I've been using Vichy Dermablend Foundation for a while now. It is quiet creamy, gives very good coverage and stays put all day, even on oilier skin. I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for something light. It's in a medium price range and one package lasts for quiet a while. It does a good job covering dark circles, too.
  2. I've been using this foundation (the formula for combination/oily skin) daily for two years. I haven't seen any change in the formula. It hasn't broken me out either. Revlon Color Stay is a great foundation, when it comes to coverage and color selection (neither terribly orange, nor pink). Good luck for your foundation hunt ;-).
  3. I love Avène's "Rebalancing soothing emulsion" It's noncomedogenic and I've had good success with it. I particularly like it's light texture, which helps sinking into the skin pretty quickly. Works good as a make-up base as well. Another plus is the reasonable price, it costs around CHF 20, so around €15. Not sure if it's available in the US, Avène is widespread in Europe though.
  4. I would search for a tutorial on youtube. I'm sure there's a step-by-step video. Hope, that helped.
  5. Personally, I love Max Factor Max mascara, it's my HG. I would never go back to another mascara, since it makes my super short lashes voluminous and long.
  6. I agree with Foomph-i-ka. I also use Revlon ColorStay in Buff (winter, in summer Sand Beige), and my skintone seems to be similar to yours. I first apply an oilfree moisturizer, when it is almost absorbed I apply my foundation with a a make up brush (Body Shop). I then blend with a wedge sponge any imperfections. Afterwards I use a little blush. The result doesn't look mask-like, but flawless (in my opinion).
  7. I've used it during my accutane treatment. I'm not a big fan of it. In my opinion it really looks mask like.
  8. Well, I would follow her advice. You could wear a cap. And there are also sunscreens which are not oil based, they are like gels. I would ask her about such a product. I wish you nice holidays
  9. I'm 5'0 and I like capris, because they accentuate my leg shape. I always make sure that they are not longer than knee length. And I wear a small heel most of the times. I don't think I look shorter with it. But it depends on the shape of your legs, I think.
  10. I have the same problem. I go to school by bike. When I arrive there, nobody could tell I straigthenend my damn hair, grrrrr. Great to hear that other people have the same problem. I already go on everybody elses nerves, whenever I bring up that topic
  11. Hi to all Swiss people on the forum Does anybody of you know if benzoylperoxid is available in Switzerland? If not, do you know anything comparable ? Thanks in advance
  12. I have to admit that I'm guilty of -having bleached my auburn hair to a very light yellowish blonde. It felt very healthy, like straw. A wonder it hasn't lightened itself! -orange foundation, powder and cover stick -ashy pink cover stick-> unblended of course! -& I liked trashy clothes (net tops, showing my belly) Considering all this it seems like I missed a career as a children prostitute. I'm ashamed (But at least I had the worst over with 16). My mother let me out of the house
  13. The last time I haven't felt bad without it was in primary school. When I go to the dermatologist, without make-up, I always read a large newspaper in the train
