  3. I have been on my regimen I'm doing now for over three months and I am now about 96% clear. Aside from my regimen I use Neutrogena Healthy defense daily moisturizer with SPF 45 because of the BP in the Clean and Clear (plus I live in Texas). I also make sure I drink plenty of water and I take a Vitamin (Centrum) every day (however I cannot cant say for sure if affects my acne). I like this regimen alot because, being a busy college student, I dont have to actually apply anything to my face that

    BP and Tanning

I have very little acne and a few redmarks. I use a 10% BP cleanser that supposedly "stays in" your pores throughout the day, idk. I wanna tan a little b/c im casper here in Texas. Is it okay if a go once or twice a week on this stuff? -its continuous control cleanser in my regimen-
  7. I need to tan. Ive never tanned before really, however Im not pale. Im a freshman at a major university here in Texas and I have little acne but an uneven skin tone and I also have redmarks. I use a 10% BP wash that I heard "stays on" throughout the day. What are your reccomendations for temporary tanning? Ive tried a self tanning facial wipe but really didnt get good results any help would be appreciated =D
  8. I am gonna give this a try. Ive been using it for 2 days now. Im using just the cleanser in the morning and both at night. Ill keep updated.
  9. I have used it and also noticed that it made my skin a little dry. Didnt do much for me as a cleanser =[
  10. Ive been off accutane for nearly a year now and I have been using Retina at night since then. I am considering switching to this regimen. I have very mild acne with a few redmarks and normal but sensitive skin. Will this break me out? Ive used BP before and it made my face kinda red, is there any way to avoid this? thanks for the help

    Cetaphil Soap Bar

Finding right cleanser is so irritating. I am trying a foam cleanser right now. Bar soaps tend to irritate my face too much. I used to use the soap as my shaving cream too. You just lather your hands with the soap, then lather your face with it and shave. Worked well.

    Good Idea?

So I have been off Accutane for a year now and Ive been using only Retin-a micro since I have been off to keep my acne in check. Well as of right now, one year later, I have some mild acne and a little redmarks due to the fact I have mild acne. I was thinking of changing my routine to the following: clean and clear blackhead clearing scrub clean and clear continuous acne control cleanser morning and night. I dont have oily skin or anything anymore. Do you think I am better off going to a derm

Not so sure about switching cleanser...help?

I'm pretty sure it can happen. I think it depends on the cleansers though. Ive switched cleansers over ten times and some gave me a small initial breakout and some didnt. I recently switched from Eucerin Redness Relief cleanser to Aveeno Ultra Calming and after the first use my face looked much worse, but after a couple days its looking awesome I hoped my answer helped. Good luck!
