School is about to start, and my cheeks are looking awful. Millions of red marks (perhaps even some scarring) and whatnot. Thankfully no active acne thanks to accutane which I'm still on. What would be a safe treatment for me to use while on accutane that will EFFECTIVELY and QUICKLY help with red marks and such? Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot for the replies! I'm happy that not all of it is scars. They don't itch, and the texture isn't too bad, so I also think they're red marks.

I'm on month 4 of a 5-month accutane course, and while my face has improved, it is no way near good. For as long as I remember, I have had these tiny pink/sometimes skin colored bumps on the inner part of my forearm. I'm on the 3rd (almost 4th) month of accutane, and they haven't gone away, either. I'm a 5'8/5'9, 130lbs guy who has been on accutane for 1 month at 40mg. My derm let me know today that he'd like for me to begin taking 60mg now. Isn't one month too short of a time for a step-up? Thanks. PS: Today my derm used a pointed, very sharp little tool to pop some of my active acne; it hurt like hell.
