  3. Depends on the kind of rice. White rice in America is extremely processed, try out organic brown rice or, like the post above says, quinoa. Good luck!! Also, eating oil being bad for your skin is a myth. There are actually plenty of oils that benefit the skin, topically and internally. Check out my blog post: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/ feel free to reach out with any questions. Best of luck!!!

  5. No one in my family has ever suffered from acne. As a matter of fact, they all have fantastic looking skin and so did I until about 2 years ago and than I finally cured it. It is most likely something going on in your gut. Taking supplements to reduce gut bacteria is what cured my skin.
  6. You should look into the oil cleansing method, it pulls all of the toxins out of the skin. Worked wonders for me!
  7. Did you check out my blog post?
  8. It is an awesome technique that neutralizes the oil on the skin.. it is one of the main things I did to get clear skin. Here is a video to describe it: https://youtu.be/jIode3kI_Wo Also, for more tips on how I beat acne- check out my blog and please reach out with any questions. Best of luck!! http://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/
  9. Hey everyone! So I wanted to share with you this awesome tea-tox I started a few days ago that is already giving me beautiful results. With this tea-tox you don't have to change your diet/daily routine, you simply just add the tea in!So, at the beginning of this week my skin was feeling kind of blah- looked dull and started getting pesky little pimples that I haven't gotten in quite sometime. I remembered I ordered this tea-tox a few months back but didn't end up using it because the supplements
  10. Hi there! Try not to beat yourself up about it. I found the calmer I was about my breakouts, the easier it was to get them to go away. On my blog I explain my all natural skin care routine, the internal supplements being the most important: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/ best of luck, and please reach out with any questions!!
  11. Hey there! I absolutely love Apple cider vinegar as a toner. It is one of the main components that helped clear my acne! If you'd like to check out my all natural skin blog about what finally cleared my acne I will post the link. Feel free to reach out with any questions! http://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/
  12. Lush products contain fragrance which is really harsh on sensitive skin. Have you tried the burts bees acne products?
  13. I used to wonder the same thing as I was the healthiest one of my friends, yet was breaking out uncontrollably. Here is my skin blog on what I did (and continue to do) to have clear skin. Note, the supplements are definitely the number one key to healing. Best of luck, and please reach out with any questions. :) http://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/
  14. Don't beat yourself up! I know how hard it is to avoid picking your skin. Try using coconut, jojoba, or castor oil. It will heal/soothe the wound.
  15. Check out my skin blog, most important steps are the supplementshttp://www.acne.org/messageboard/blogs/entry/32202-how-to-heal/
