  1. Hi, Just keep trying diferent regimens until you find one that works for you. Once things start working out for you, be strict on yourself and not miss a day or night without doing exactly what the directions are telling you. That was one of my biggest problems. I'd always say, "Wow, my face is looking great...I could afford to miss a day, right?" -- Yeah, not a good idea!
  2. I usually apply a cleanser to the areas with acne, and then use soap everywhere else. I do keep them seperate...as for your question, I don't think it will make a difference.

  6. Darkened spots are due to pigmentation, which will subside. Acne marks take a long time to fade. Being patient is key, as getting rid of red marks after acne takes a lot of time.
  7. I started out at about 5-7g's for the first two weeks and then moved up to 10g's with no side effects.
  8. I have no idea whether or not that this would work. I do know that both methods are used to dry you up a lot, so if you do carry out this regime, be sure you get a good moisturizer.

  10. i am from the healthboards.com and i just got some of that, along with Zinc w/ Saw Palmetto in the same pill! amazing ill give it a try.
  11. i am 5' 7" and 105 pounds, and i am taking 10g's a day. No side effects, and my face is clear of acne. I am now dealing with red marks, and they are fading. I couldn't be happier with b5

  13. 600mg of b5 a day.....haha anyway, your cold isnt from b5, you arent even taking enough b5 for it to even have an effect on you. If you're only gonna take 600mg and worried, do not bother taking it at all, because it is doing absolutely nothing, to cope with your acne.
