  1. Does anyone else wash their face using Purpose Cleansing Bar before applying Apple Cider Vinegar and gotten good results. I just started the Apple Cider Vinegar method today and it burned a bit, but seconds later the burning went away. Is this normal, and is it safe to apply bleaching cream 20 minutes afterwards.
  2. Hello, your skin looks like mine but I have oily skin. I don't have an answer to your question, but maybe you can try sea water if you live near the ocean. Supposely sea water should lighten acne scars. I'm just trying this myself, so I don't actually know if it's true or not but some people see results.
  3. Hello Mandy, I'm sorry about your skin. I can imagine how you feel. Your skin will get better eventually and clear up. Remember don't overdose on Accutane, or any other antibiotic. Good luck and I wish you the best.
  4. Hello, Can I use the brown Apple Cider Vinegar on my skin. Is it safe to apply Hydroquinone after the Apple Cider Vinegar. Also, how long will it take to see results. Thanks.
  5. Hello, What's the best laser treatment for acne scars. My acne scars are brown and there's little tiny holes on my cheeks. Also, I have oily skin. Some are red, but most of them are brown. Will I need a combination of laser treatments to get rid of the scaring and the oily skin. Thanks.
  6. Hello, I just started doing the sea water thing. As I go more often, I will let you know the results. I'm guessing you have to do this more then once to see results.
  7. What did you then, after six months? What products did he give you? He had me use Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar, there really cheap and it works for people who have oily skin. He also gave me something in a bottle. All I know is that it was liquid, and it contained hydroquinone. I used these products together for about a month or two, and it cleared up my skin nicely. I still had acne scares, but they were barley noticeable.
  8. I think you look pretty, but you'll look even prettier with a smile. So smile a little and stop putting yourself down.
  9. What did you then, after six months? Well, my dermatologist wanted me to return to her after my six months was up. But I refused to go, because it made my skin worse and I thought it wouldn't help my skin at all. So I didn't go, and my skin was pretty much the same when I got off the pills. A few weeks later I went to a dermatologist here in Los Angeles, and he cleared my skin; then I stopped using the products he gave me and I broke out again.
  10. Okay, thanks Chrissy. I don't know if sunscreen would actually create a barrier on my skin to block the salt water, but I never use sunscreen so i'm hoping it all goes well. Thank you for the reply and I hope that you're skin clears.
  11. Does ocean water helps reduce redness and acne scars? Has anyone tried it and gotten results? I live in Los Angeles, and i've been wanting to go to the beach and give it a try but does it really work. Also, does it diminishes oily skin. I'll be going in a few weeks, and i've wondered if anyone has actually tried it before. Thanks.
  12. It cheers my up to! I eat chocolate mostly every single day. Yesterday when I was alone though I didnt have any chocolate
  13. Hello Guacamolly, I know exactly what you're going through, and i'm sorry. You're definitely not alone. Eventually you're skin will heal. I have a solution for you. Eat chocolate, chocolate always cheers me up. I hope you feel better.
  14. I use Purpose Gentle Cleansing Bar. It really works for people who have oily skin, like myself. I've been using it for about six months now, and my skin has improved. The first few days I used it, it dried out my skin. My skin was peeling, but you have to give it a few days for you're skin to get use to it. You should try it, if you have oily skin.
  15. Hello, I was Accutane four years ago, and I know what you mean. I was on it for six months, and it actually made my skin worse. But my dermatologist didn't think so. Just keep taking the pills, until you're six months is up. If you see no improvements in the next two months, then maybe Accutane isn't for you. Good luck, I hope you're skin clears soon.
