  1. Hi everyone, So for the past six years I've tried diet, naturopathy, visualizing, and birth control to get rid of my cysts and whiteheads that appear mainly on my jawline. Birth control was the only thing that totally cleared it, but made me so depressed I couldn't enjoy it. So for the past two months I've been on Estroblock, which consists of DIM and Indole-3 carbinol. And WOW. I can't recommend this stuff enough. With birth control, I'd generally have to wait two to three months to se
  2. Ugh, I'm so annoyed with this shit. So for the past 9 months or so I've been visualizing three times a day. Something interesting: when I started visualizing I was about to get back on birth control because it clears my hormonal acne, but while waiting I figured I would just start visualizing. The visualizing actually cleared my skin enough to where I decided to put off the birth control and just continue with visualizing. I was really happy, and really pretty amazed! I quit thinking of my

    Birth Control

Hello all, So I get hormonal acne along my jaw line and after about about a year of trying naturopathy with no success I said screw it and went back on birth control. I got on Ortho Tri Cyclen. My skin completely cleared up in only about a month but I felt so drugged and severely depressed from the OTC that I couldn't enjoy it. My doctor switched me to Microgestin. 4. Arg, I hate these things. Anyhow, I'm currently on my third brand of birth control to try to get to the ROOT of the problem. In the meantime, while I'm waiting for THAT to kick in, I've still got these two giant cysts on my jawline. I'm not sure if they're cysts or nodules, but they are very hard and red and are not rising to the surface and they seem to simply be sitting there and not fading away at all. They do not itch or hurt anymore, but I want them to LEAVE! Lol. Any one have anythin

Thank you so much, jazzguy. :-)
  6. Hi Guys, Been reading the posts in this forum and a lot of them made me tear up. The suffering brought on by this stuff is so sad and infuriating. Anyways, I have been seriously depressed about my acne flaring up yet again when I thought I was actually finally clearing up. I mean, why do people have to go through this? It feels so freaking pointless. I'm just venting. Not looking for advice, just letting off steam. Tomorrow I plan to go back to exercising, meditating, playing guita

  8. Hi all, Just wondering if any one has tried healing visualization. What techniques did you use and how did it work for you? I tried it for a few months because the book "Healing Visualizations" got rave reviews on amazon, and I loved the idea of re-wiring my brain in order to heal my body and in turn, getting more long-term results. Sad to say, it didn't end up clearing my skin but I only did it for a couple months, five minutes three times a day (as recommended). I know "healing visualiza
