  1. Hi Quetzlcoatl, thanks for the reply! I wanted to give a quick update to anyone that has been checking this thread with the same issue. I'm not the type to believe all the quick fixes, and miracle cures, but there is one thing that I think has been helping tremendously for my skin, and I believe the pictures show the improvements. In the original post, i noted my diet as being pretty good, I eat as healthy as possible given my busy lifestyle, and drink a lot of water. The one thing I have added
  2. Hi Torquemonster, thanks for the reply! I cut out all shampoos with SLS, and any face washes that contained anything bad. I only use a shampoo bar now for my hair. I think this has to do more with digestion, and/or to much sugar, so I have since cut out all sugar and coffee in the morning, and throughout my day. The fact that I only get this these type of marks on my forehead pretty much rules out any type of facial wash or shampoo.
  3. I am a 30 year old male on the east coast that has been battling forehead acne, spots, whatever you want to call it for years. My issue basically resides 99% on my forehead, which makes this more frustrating. From the recent pics, you can see areas of redness, and smaller red spots on my forehead. They are usually flesh colored red bumps, that will come to head, and if looked at closely in the mirror, you can see the pore is large and looks like a little volcano. I have tried different cleane
  4. Hi! kind of hard usually. But I eat a lot of various fruits and veggies, and it doesn't seem to have an effect. I might try to incorporate even more foods that are "digestion friendly" to aid in the process.
  5. Hi All, I am a 28 year old male on the east coast that has been battling forehead acne, spots, whatever you want to call it for years. My issue basically resides 99% on my forehead, which makes this more frustrating. They are usually flesh colored red bumps, that will come to head, and if looked at closely in the mirror, you can see the pore is large and looks like a little volcano. I have tried different cleaners, BHA, SA, etc, and even though they seem to work, these damn red spots/clogged po
  6. Thanks for replying akko! I actually did buy Nizoral, but only used it like 2 times. How often did you need to use it before you started seeing positive results? Thanks!
  7. So it's not to bad...but I *only* really get this on my forehead, and its been like this for years! I'm tall and slender, have a super fast metabolism, and eat relatively well. I've tried different foods, products, washes etc. And for some reason, my forehead is always messed up. It itches sometimes, and if I just rub it with my finger, the area will get red and itchy for no damn reason! I don't really have acne, but my forehead almost always has some red mark or small pimple, or clogged pore, w
  8. :naughty: I know I know =( I've gotten better, we'll see what happens with this!
  9. So I don't post to much on here, but I just got a bottle of ViraStop to try. My skin is very clear usually, but my forehead always gives me problems! It's the only place on my face where I get pimples pretty much. I've tried everything, and I think I've narrowed it down to digestion. So I figured I'd give this a try. My diet is OK; but I don't really eat enough veggies. I will post here with results.
  10. Ok so I wanted to give a little update since I started washing my face with only cold water. It's been a little under a week and I can honestly say my forehead has improved 100%. I still take hot showers, but after I get out I wash my face with my cleanser and cold water. I'm almost convinced my forehead bumps and acne was caused by the hot water I always used on it. It would get irritated and bumpy and form deep pimples. But since I've been washing with cold water, it's been so much better as f
  11. Hey guys, I haven't posted in awhile, but I just wanted to let you know I have started to wash my face with cold water now. What I was doing was washing with relatively hot water and "Purpose gentle cleansing wash" face wash. From reading another post someone said that hot water actually irritates your face and closes the pores. I don't really have acne, but I would get these very deep red marks that would get pretty large and last awhile on my forehead only, and would eventually come to a head
  12. Hey hco2102, I registered just so I could reply to your question. I think it might be worth it to to a quick google search for "Pityriasis". I have it now and it might be what you have too. From what my doctor told me, its harmless, usually rare in young adults(I'm 24), and it can last for months. It's mainly on my chest, and on my neck a little bit too. My case isn't that bad, and the doctor said there is no medicine to treat it; you can just put cream on it to alleviate the itching. Hope this
