I don't have time for interests, I work full time and go to full time to school in the evenings
  1. *mod edit* I know tons of people that wear powder and don't break out. You can't make generalized statements like this
  2. I used everyday minerals for a long time, but I recently switched to Laura Mercier's mineral foundation (it was on Paula Begoun's best of 2007 list) and I am very pleased with it. Better staying power than the EM. But much more expensive, but you if you are going to splurge on one makeup item, it needs to be your foundation I used everyday minerals for a long time, but I recently switched to Laura Mercier's mineral foundation (it was on Paula Begoun's best of 2007 list) and I am very pleased
  3. Shisedio In my opinion even better than the Shu Uemura one.
  4. OH! I love stuff like this! I am wearing a gray Neiman Marcus (yeah its the store brand or whatever) button down cardigan, with blue Theory slacks, and my favorite shoes: my Jimmy Choo pumps (if I could marry these shoes I would) Oh and for outside: Michael Kors Black Trench coat and my new (got for christmas) Burberry scarf. Wow I sound like a snot! But I work freaking hard for my money and I have a serious shopping addiction!
  5. Post links to the good ones!
  6. Just a warning: the olive fair is very white, my mom tried it and it made her look like a ghost. My suggestions is to just order a bunch of samples, EM lets you do that so you can find your right color.. it took me about five tries before I finally found my true match. And I loooove it!
  7. This exact same thing happened to me when I first started accutane, I just used head and shoulders every other day, and it completely went away.
  8. Its a good idea for things like eyeshadow (to make eyeliner), and maybe concealer (just dipping your brush) But I wouldnt mix it with foundation, that would be streaky and too drying for your skin. If you want to make it more sheer I would mix it with your favorite moisturizer.
  9. You will be fine! Calm down, I usually went about 3 to 4 days between months because of iPledge.
  10. Are you still in contact/seeing your derm? I would be contacting them. It's very common to not be clear when you finish 'tane, and to continue to clear. But getting WORSE after tane, thats weird. Get on the phone tomorrow
  11. I prefer the precision of a concealer brush, I use the bare minerals concealer BRUSH not concealer
  12. I used the Cetaphil Face Wash the whole time on Accutane, it worked great for me. I used Purpose Dual Treatment Moisturizer which I love and I am still using Post Tane.
  13. It is a rare side effect, I didnt get depressed while on it, and I have three friends and a relative that took it and didn't get it either. But it is something to watch out for it, I got a some anxiety during the last month of my course, but was totally worth the clear skin
  14. I never go without makeup (light foundation) but its not to cover my acne (which thanks to accutane is gone) I just want my skin tone evened out and flawless
