  1. I have a question for all of the ladies out there. I just read the regimen for men that include shaving. Have any of you tried using the regimen on your bikini line to avoid razor burn? Just curious....thanks in advance.
  2. WB, I don't know if you're male or female, but if you're F, I would suggest dusting with a loose powder (men could do this too, I just know they probably won't). Also, some companies make blotting papers. I know Burt's Bee's makes them, but I don't know of any other companies off the top of my head. I was getting oily during the day too, so I've just been doing the regimen at night with good results. In the morning, I just wash, wait 10 minutes, moisturize, wait 10 minutes, then apply ma
  3. This is actually what I've been doing for the past two days, but I don't know if it'll work for me or not. I only began the regimen a week ago so I'm not one to be giving advice. I started out doing the regimen twice a day, but I just didn't like the feel of the BP cream, moisturizer, and makeup. I was feeling pretty grimy. So today and yesterday, I only washed and moisturized in the morning and did the regimen at night. Also, my acne is pretty mild so I don't think I need to do it twice a
  4. My skin is definately not dry. But I'm afraid to keep using the Garden Tomato when I'm just starting the regimen. I've never used BP before -- isn't it going to dry my skin out?
  5. I love Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Soap and Toner, but I'm sure they are too harsh for the regimen. But I read in another post that somebody uses the wild lettuce soap, maybe I will try that one too. I don't know if KMF or BB has any gentle moisturizers.
  6. Just in case you're curious... Basis: No Animal Testing Purpose (made by J&J): Animal Testing Neutrogena: Animal Testing Eucerin: No Animal Testing
  7. Hi everybody, I just began the regimen yesterday and bought the following products.... Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture Unfortunately, I just went to www.caringconsumer.com and discovered that Neutrogena engages in animal testing. I'm going to go ahead and use the products, but want to buy animal friendly products in the future. Does anybody else make a BP cream? Fortunately, Eucerin is on the list that does not test
  8. I would like to know this too! Does anyone use a toner on the regimen?
  9. Well, I'm not sure abou the Eucerin Renewal. When Dave talks mentions recommended products on his webpage, it says not to use this moisturizer when beginning the regimen. I'm also concerned about the other moisturizers because they have SPF. I'm not sure but I think sunscreens break me out. That is why I ordered the Kiehl's online -- they make it with and without suncreen. But I may try the Neutrogena just to see how it goes.
  10. Thanks guys! I'm going to run to Eckerds and see if I can find some Eucerin Renewal! Cyndi
  11. Hi everybody, This is my first post here and I'm very happy that I found this site. I'm very anxious to begin the regimen! I just recieved Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer in the mail. Has anybody used this as part of the regimen? Also, does anybody use a toner with the regimen? In the past I've always washed and toned. I've never even used a moisturizer faithfully because they always seem to break me out (even cetaphil). If you do use a toner, when? Do you wash, tone, use bp cream,
