I know that you can give blood after one month of stopping taking the medication so I presume that means it is out of your system? I have also read that some people were advised to not have tattoo work done until atleast SIX months after their course had finished.   3. I'm going to be coming off accutane soon, and I was wondering how soon I can start to consume alcohol again. I have been told by my derm that the medication stays in your system for a month after the last pill.   4. Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and to Accutane (Roaccutane in the UK). I'm on 30mg a day and have just I completed my first month, I had my blood work done on Monday for my monthly check up.
