I think you are taking too many scoops of whey a day, i hope you know your body can only assimilate about 50g of protein at a time, since you take two scoops in the morning every day then what do you do? Just drink whey for breakfast? I know whey shake is a convenient meal replacement and it helps you meet your daily requirements in protein but you should try getting most of your protein from whole foods...which brings us back to the money issue...so i give up...this works for me and i manage my

  8. I took two pictures of two of my meals. The one in the black container is what i'm taking to eat at work. Sardines, tomato, cucumber. The other one is what I just ate. Grilled chicken, broccoli, tomato.
