  3. This is exactly the same as me i have no Acne in summer and really bad skin in winter. It is so frustrating and i want to find a solution. I agree with everything you say about making it worse with stress and looking in mirrors all the time i am the worse at that and its weird cos it looks ok in some mirrors and looks really bad in others. I live in London so have similar climate and level of pollution as you and i am convinced that the weather makes such a big difference to my skin. I am going
  4. I have cut out sugar and dairy wherever possible and just try to eat as much unprocessed food as possible. When i have meat i have chicken or fish most the time as these are easier to digest. I got the Aloe tablets from Holland & Barrett or boots but im in the UK so i dont know if its different where you are. I find it hard to stick to one plan though if i dont find instant results so i think i can be my skins worst enemy at times.

  9. You seem to crave refined carbs There are two solutions 1) indulge in the cravings but moderating yourself 2) control cravings by controlling the glycemic load of the diet and the absorption of carbs Indulging in your cravings is often a good way to control them There's for example a field called Orthobionomy Orthobionomy is a skeletal alignment practice In other words it is used to solve posture, tendonitis, painful movements, back pain problems and so on The principle is simple: our body

  11. On this post i want people to put down there favourite foods that are not bad for your skin. I have changed my eating habbits recently and my skin has improved big time but am looking for inspiration of healthy things i can eat. My favourite thing is pure fruit smoothies with Pomegrantes, Blueberrys and anything else with lots of antioxidents i can find. Bit expensive to do everyday though so i need help.
  12. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/efa.htm No wonder my oil production has lessened, and is already less thick. Awesome!! lesson for the day, everyone needs efa's, no matter what Cheers for that it's an interesting website and very helpful as i learn how my body works and what it needs. It may sound strange but i am finally after 9 depressing years of Acne enjoying the challange of beating it and am seeing results at last. This website is great wish i had found it a few years ago
  13. I eat loads of different nuts and as long as taken in moderation they are great for you and a great subsitute for snacking on sugary foods. I also take omega 3 supplements
