I'm sure this has already been posted somewhere else, but i'm trying to find a drink that isn't going to be too bad for my skin. I'm thinking of whether or not to switch to cider from lager/beer was wondering if anyone had s

  5. Your HORMONAL response to sugar Just what happens after you eat sugar? Well right of the bat your blood sugar levels rise rapidly. To bring blood sugar levels down your body excretes hormones...particularly insulin and other androgenic hormones. These hormones signal your body's cells to upon up their "doors" and let the sugar in. The primary places blood sugar goes is the cells of the liver and the cells that make up the muscles. They "fill up" just like inflating a tire or filling up a wate
  6. What would be the best cleanser if your only spot treating with bp, would it be best to have a cleanser with active ingredients or simple?
  7. Yea, i'd quite like some tips on this too, apart from the obvious don't pick or pop. Is it best to leave the area dry or moisturised?
  8. to me your skin looks good, think your over worrying.
  9. Hi, has anyone taken a course of these antibiotics and been cleared of acne, and it has not come back apart from the odd spot hear and there? Thinking of going on this, but bit worried about the side affects, and dont want the acne to come back stronger than ever once the body becomes immune to it.
  10. Simple - Refreshing facial wash gel. Keep us updated on the acnisal.
  11. Is it best to keep a spot/pastule dry and tight or would it be best to keep it moist, which is best? and which method is most likely to help prevent scarring?
