  1. Fasting regenerates stem cells and can rebuild an entirely new immune system. http://news.mit.edu/2018/fasting-boosts-stem-cells-regenerative-capacity-0503 https://ideapod.com/study-finds-fasting-72-hours-can-regenerate-entire-immune-system/
  2. It has an impact on your central nervous system so I’d stay away.
  3. No, I tried eating those foods years ago and I never got anywhere. If you read up on Dr. Gundry diet and lectins, it explains why not to eat those foods. They say lectins cause inflammation in gut. I’m not 100% sure if this is true but I don’t want to take any chances. I also can tell what foods I’m sensative to by the pain I get in my fingers after eating them.
  4. The diets pretty tough. I mainly eat broccoli, avocados, cauliflower, asparagus, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes sometimes. I also will have meat here and there too. I eat chicken or I’ll have beef. I also sometimes have blueberries. Why would you do caffeine? A stimulant like caffeine won’t help you.
  5. And let me be clear, I’m not guaranteeing this will work for everyone (fasting and diet). I’m just sharing what I’m doing based off of reading this forum for years and the people who have healed.
  6. I think it’s healing from the accutane damage but I could be wrong and it’s residue of the drug coming out of fat cells. The people I’ve chatted with who have healed don’t restrict vitamin A at all. Heres the thing though, don’t think that if you do 1 fast and nothing changes to give up. You need to get your diet down for awhile and then start some fasts. This is all my personally experience and from what people have told me.
  7. Fasting is by no means easy and I’m not sure what the easiest way to get into it. I’ve read online that you should do shorter ones before longer ones but it may be easier to go for a longer one right from the get go. I did a 5 day fast like 6 months ago but really got nothing out of it. This time around I did it I could feel my body healing internally. Maybe it was because my diet was so good before the fast? Im not sure really about the juice fasts. I believe water fasts are more powerful
  8. And when I do fasting I mean only water and water only. I would not take any supplements when doing the fast.
  9. So I just completed a 4 day fast and it was hard but also very beneficial. After day 1 I started getting joint pains (healing pains) in hands and knees. Was this the accutane being moved out of fat cells? I personally don’t think so but it doesn’t really matter. I think it was a healing reaction from my body finally having the energy (digestion takes alot of energy and causes inflammation) to heal those areas. I never eat breakfast anymore. So I usually get in a 16, 18 or 24 hour fast every day
  10. Not sure. He was really going hard down the liver path but I’ve found that it’s not the answer for me.
  11. Was his posts positive or negative when you last heard from him?
  12. I do not. I’ve never spoken with him.
  13. Appreciate it man. And I’m not saying people shouldn’t discuss other alternatives to healing but your comment of “fasting and dieting not working” can lead people to never trying it. I’ve also read people who did a fruit and vegtables diet for 2 years and never get any healing. I personally believe that’s because we are all unique in what we are sensitive to. For example, I’ve always been sensitive to certain fruits (cause joint pain) so I stay away from them.
  14. I see your sarcasm clearly in your writing.
  15. Exactly why I’m done with this.
