  1. I'm 28, will be 29 on July 13th!!!!
  2. I actually have more pictures for post treatment 2 and 3, but it looks like I can one post one pic. Does anyone know how I get post the others?
  3. I am finally posting photos of my results. unfortunately, I do not have any photos prior to me starting this treatment. I hope this gives everyone an idea of what you may experience, but I must say that everyone is different and what i experienced may be totally different from someone else. I can onlly describe what I looked like before treatments. It basically looked like the first photo, only more cyctic, nodules along my jaw line, and I also had more red spots. This first photo is post trea
  4. Thanks Po-ta-toes and junkeroos for your input and advice, I think i am going to wait until after my third ALA treatment before I decide what I should do. I have decided not to buy AcnEase. I am looking into changing my daily regimen instead. I am going to start using natural products to cleanse and tone my skin.
  5. Po-ta-toes, do you think that AcnEase had anything to do with your acne going from moderate to mild?
  6. I am curious, how bad was/is your acne and where on your face/body?
  7. Anyone ever heard of AcnEase or ever used it? I started a thread about it and posted the website, but i wanted to hear from people that might have used it. I also wanted to hear from people that have used Clearogen and AcnEase.
  8. I wonder how this product compares to Clearogen. Clearogen works in balancing out the hormones as a way of ridding acne, but AcnEase seems different. I mean, it also claims to balance from the inside out, but if you compare the two sites, it seems as if AcnEase would work better. I cannot say this for sure since I have never used either of the two products. I am trying to learn as much as i can before I start forking out money. I wonder what the people that have used Clearogen would say about
  9. That would be great if you could provide more information regarding this. I am really interested in learning more.
  10. I agree...I want to try it, but I want to hear from people that have actually used the product before I decide. i have had two treatments of ALA+Blu U, I wonder if I can do both at the same time. I am going to ask my dermatologist on Friday. Maybe they have some info on this stuff.
  11. I am going to add pictures in the next couple of days. I don't have any pre-ALA pictures so I will start with post-ALA treatment#2 pics. then I will post pics after treatment #3 that way you can see what type of results I have had. I know that everyone will react differently to any treatment, but i am hoping that at least it will give you some idea of how it might work.
  12. I found this website while I was searching for new Acne Research treament options. has anybody heard of this or may have used it? Does it work? http://www.acnease.com/acnease.asp (This is what the site claims, this was copied from the site.) Benefits. This unique acne treatment works in several ways: AcnEase prevents the forming of new pimples, whiteheads and blackheads and significantly improves symptoms associated with Adult Acne, Cystic Acne, Teen Acne and Body Acne. AcnEase also reduces
  13. There is another discussion topic all about this, it is called "ALA photodynamic light therapy". It is very lengthy, but in my opinion it is well worth the read. A lot of info in there. I have had two treatments so far. It has helped my skin, but I will not say that ALA + Blu-U is a waste until after treatment #3. Anyway, they say it takes two to three treatments to see good results. ( I have moderate/severe resistent/persistent acne) Depending on your skin type the will use Blu-U or the othe
  14. There is a whole discussion on ALA + Blu U in Light/Laser acne treatments - > ALA Photodynamic therapy. It is really informative and well worth the read. I myself have had two ALA + Blu U treatments so far. My last one was just over a week ago, I go for my RN visit this Friday. I will probably do it two more times before I make up my mind if it is working or not. I will post pictures soon, but I do not have any pre-ALA pictures. You can be the judge. I have moderate to severe acne (this
  15. I had my second ALA+ Blu-U just over a week ago. This time my face really became red. The Blu-U made my skin feel like it was on fire, and after a few days my whole face was one huge scab. About a few days later my skin peeled, and was extremely itchy. It also burned where i was peeling. Now (11 days since 2nd treatment) my skin has peeled completely and is still pink/red (looks I got a bad sun burn) and I am breaking out, but they are all small with white tops. Outcome: My pores did become so
