  1. just been informed that the Us version of this is a very different formula to the UK one. sorry for any confusion
  2. I don't know where you got that ingredient list but those are not the ingredients for the Olay Complete that Dan recommends. Have you tried AHA or Salicylic Acid? ive got mega mega sensitive skin and my skin reacts badly to them. occasionally i use aspirin to gently exfoliate and help loosen blackheads. my main mission is finding a moisturiser with spf or a sunscreen that doesnt break me out. but isnt that everyones. ha ha

  6. the ingredients ive highlighted are the baddies but there are some others in there that may be iffy.
  7. the title says it all. how come its recommended when its full of bad ingredients that people on here normally try and avoid. just wondering!
  8. where the heck do i get castor oil in the UK. been to boots, superdrug, holland and barrett, chemists etc etc ansd no-one has it? where is it hiding!
  9. Genetics is a factor though; if your parents had acne or your aunts or uncles had acne, its likely you will get it too.
  10. my spots are usually concentrated on the left side of the face mainly in the cheek area. obviously i get the odd one on other parts of the face but i ALWAYS have loads on the left side of my face. change my pillow case regularly and make an effort to sleep on the other side. infact my husband says when im asleep im either on my back or on my right side. anybody have any idea why im getting so many on my LEFT side. thanks guys.
