  1. Well, I've been doing the method for 3 days now and I haven't had any outbreaks or anything from it, my skin actually feels quite fresh after. I'm just worried that it may be too rough. It's a plastic handle and the bristles are brittle and (dont want to repeat myself) rough. The sides feel soft but I'm not sure. 8. I've had acne for about 3 years. I've always had either moderate or bad-moderate. I've never had any cysts, big zits, and body acne so I am far from severe. At the moment, I would consider it pretty moderate. I've been to so many dermatologists and have tried almost every product (except for Accutane because well, frankly, I'm a coward and am nervous about the side effects.) 2 weeks ago, I have completely cut my diet in half. That means I cut out sugar, high fats, dairy, and all around junk. Aft
