  1. I'm happy for your success, but I'm just giving a heads-up on what I found on wikipedia: "It has been shown in trials that the ingestion of beta carotene at about 30 mg/day (10 times the Reference Daily Intake) increases the rate of lung cancer and prostate cancer, and increases mortality in smokers and people with a history of asbestos exposure." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carotene#Beta...tene_and_cancer Careful, guys.
  2. I'm getting kinda interested in these sorts of things: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Skin-Doctors-Power...e/dp/B000GRU1D8 but I have no idea if they work. Has anyone had any experience?
  3. sounds almost the same as my regimen and it seems to be working for me too. i should start washing my face with cleanser and find a good moisturiser though. Thanks for keeping my hopes up!
  4. Wow thanks very much! One thing though I live in the UK so would I still be able to threaten the same things?
  5. Hey everyone so about a week ago I posted a topic saying that it's been 2 weeks since I ordered my AGC from americarx on ebay. I was told to wait for another week or so by a user but now its been like 3 weeks and a few days! I really don't know where it's gone... Please give me advice on what to do/how to complain. Thanks very much!
  6. Wow that's really reassuring thanks very much! I feel a lot better now.
  7. Ok so I ordered a tube of AGC over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it! I live in the UK, and so I expected it to take slightly longer than it said (2-5 days), and I ordered it from a highly recommended seller (americanrx or something). Has anyone else had this experience with this seller? And does anyone have any advice on what I should do?? I paid like $50 or something for postage too! I just can't wait to get my hands on some of that AGC
  8. I can't find it anywhere so I was wondering if anyone knew. Thanks!
  9. I got mine from Tesco. A big bottle for £1.48 I think. It was organic too which I heard was better for your skin. Just go to the salad dressing aisle, where all the vinegars are.
  10. ROLLIN

I'm using it with BP and 'the tape method'. I have a feeling the ACV is reducing my red marks, but I really am not sure... I might just be imagining it.
  11. ROLLIN

I've been using ACV for about 2 weeks now (lost count a while back) but I only just took into account that I'm supposed to dilute it. So, as you might have guessed, I've been using undiluted, full strength ACV on my skin, and I wanted to know if this is bad for my skin, etc. It doesn't seem to be drying out my skin, and it just makes it go really red straight after I've used it, but it dies down. Thanks!
  12. So...anyone? I think I'm gonna buy it. http://www.superdrug.com/invt/89141
