  1. Usually it depends on the specific person...I used to get breakouts from drinking a glass of 2%, but that was the drug-injected supermilk thats available at the grocery store. I think it mostly has to do with whether you react to the hormones or not.
  2. I've done a couple of fasts in the past with good results...they only work for a few days though, so you have to have something to keep you clear long term. Check out http://www.expert-skin-care.com/acnedietguides/, they have some good ones there and they're basically free (buy them and return them, they have useful stuff though so I kept mine)
  3. Alright so I have a question regarding my dosage. I've been taking Accutane for a few months now and my dosage has been roughly ~30 mg per day for most of it. I started the first few months taking 20, then slowly upped it to 40 mg after I didn't see any side effects. My problem is that I ran out of it a few days ago and probably won't be receiving any for the next few weeks. Will this be a big problem? 5. gen-teal eyes drops are good and you can use them with contacts
  6. so....don't take it if you don't want to. if your cumulative dosage is in the right area, there shouldn't be any reason to continue with it.
  7. i'm on 20mg day 12. so far all i've had is mild headaches that go away after I drink some water. my face is clearing up pretty nicely and the oil is starting to go away. I also wear contacts...don't be scared by what you read on here that "Accutane will permanently dry out your eyes and you won't ever be able to wear contacts again." I had dry eyes to begin with and they haven't changed yet. If your eyes do get dry, I recommend Gen-Teal eye drops for severely dry eyes, they're great. I didn't ha
  8. 30mg is not a lot to be taking right off the bat, plenty of people start with 40mg and have no initial breakout. I started with 20mg and had no IB. It all depends on the person, I would say take it all at the beginning.
  9. I have no clue, but you should go running or just eat healthy for a few days or something, that might lower them a little.
  10. same here...Fruit of the Earth makes a good aloe vera gel, you can get it at drugstore.com if you're in the u.s.
  11. Complex 15 is great, also Fruit of the Earth makes a good aloe vera gel (moisturizes and calms skin).
  12. Looks alright, what kind is it? You can probably look it up on drugstore.com and find some rating for it. I'm using Fruit of the Earth http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp...FI-0-EVGR-91292 and it's great so far.
  13. put it in a cooler inside a cooler w/ ice on the outside and some cold water on the inside.
