  1. I hear people quite often say that acne around the chin/jaw area is usually a sign of hormonal acne. Try birth control maybe? Talk with your dermatologist about different birth control options. Yasmin is one I have personally taken and had good results with. Sometimes treating acne with birth control is more effective when pared with Antibiotics.
  2. I have some more questions for you Snow Queen. Some products that are listed to be oil-free may still clog your pores due to non oily comedogenic ingredients? Do you think it is necessary to use a shampoo that is SLS free? Do you think it is necessary to use a conditioner that is SLS free? Do you think it is necessary to use a body wash that is SLS free? Do you know how hard it is to find these products? This is kind of why I am asking if it is necessary or not. Some people do suffer from

  7. I think it is more important to understand that different things will work for some people but not for others. I personally have been on Yasmin and I had some good results. I also think that it is best for you to try it out to see if it will help you. If it is not helping and worsening your condition, by any means, stop taking it and talk to your dermatologist. If it does work for you then great. If it does not, then there will be other options for you. Best wishes to you.
  8. Can you guys please share what brand and type of multi vitamins you are using. I am looking for good quality vitamins that contain some of the neccesary vitamins and minerals to help acne. Such as Vitamin B5, Zinc, Omega-3 oils, and so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  9. Be very wary of websites telling you what is dangerous and comedogenic. Usually they have a hidden agenda such as selling 'natural' products! SLS is very safe, in pure concentrated form it is irritating as are most ingredients, but diluted it isn't a problem. Then why don't you ask your dermatologist if Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is comedogenic? Yep why dont u do that, and also ask Cetaphil, and Vaseline why they use so called comedogenic ingredients. Do you think these companies randomly mix a l

  14. Hi everyone. This is very interesting. Am I suppose to use warm or cold water when I take it? How long should I wait before uping my doses? Do you guys take it before or after eating? What brand(s) should I look for when shopping? Would I be better off buying a specfic brand? Thanks.
  15. There's more before pictures in my album under my profile. Check them out if you want to. I have to admit my skin looked DAMN good today, I've been really workin it the last 2 days. I even used microdermabrasion lastnight and when I woke up my skin was glowing and soft as butter. It makes me excited to know that I might actually be on my way to clear skin!

Scince im already into this system I'm going to post my before pictures from before I started using it and I will be taking new photos to show my progress once I get new batteries for my camera. Please keep in mind scince I've started this skin care regimen I have not taking anything internally not even multi vitamins to truely judge the effectiveness of the product. 19. To be honest I have never heard of anyone soaking in the bath with baking soda; I've heard of people mixing baking soda with their cleanser to use as an exfoliant, which is fine, but soaking's not good for the skin anyway (the "pruniness" you get on your hands is a sign of irritation), and I wouldn't think the baking soda would help. Your moisturizer looks fine, but the cornstarch in it can encourage bacterial growth. The Derm-X Cloth seems to make a lot of promises. I can tell you right no
