  1. Just an update for anyone who cares, lol. I found my Duac and used it and my skin's calmed down a bit.
  2. Ughhhh. My skin was ugly as hell this past winter, and then I went on a new regimen (Cetaphil 2x daily, alternating Tazorac and Duac each night). Since then, my skin has cleared up amazingly. However, I've been home from college for a week and now my skin is ugly again! In a week it's gotten bad. I have small red dots everywhere and my skin is bumpy and my nose is all flaky. I don't know why and I'm really upset. I'm drinking a lot of water and still on the same regimen. The only differen
  3. Sorry... I know this has probably been answered already, but are you allowed to order more than one sample kit? Like the OP, I just got my kit in the mail and the shades are WAAAY too light, even for me. I think I'm going to have to look into the medium shades. I put together another sample kit and I almost hit checkout, but I was afraid that I wasn't allowed to get more than one and that I'd get some kind of $30 charge on my credit card in a couple days. It's ok to get more than one sample
  4. I'm on .05% Tazorac cream, but when the derm gave me the samples way back when, he gave me the gel because he didn't have cream samples. The concentration is the same, and the description on the website doesn't really make sense... so what's the difference? (and I know the difference between cream and gel in general, so you don't need to define that for me. )
  5. Ask your derm for some samples. You need an Rx for it anyway.
  6. Yeah, I just edited my post to add that. What kind? the foundation? and what kind of brush? and what shade do you suggest? haha, sorry for all the questions. http://www.everydayminerals.com/g?t=foundations
  7. To anyone that uses bareMinerals, I don't know whether I should buy "fair" or "light." this is a really bad picture but you get the idea. Or, alternately... is there anything better/cheaper than bareMinerals? I want to get the starter kit because it has a brush and an instructive DVD (haha, how pathetic), but it doesn't look like they give you much makeup for $60. edit: ok, I'm looking at Everyday Minerals, and I think I might try that instead, so I can get a small one for $6 in case I don'
  8. 150mg. I still have those pro-biotic pills from when I was on Tetracycline, though, so I suppose I could take those.
  9. Aww, thank you! I've had bad, bad luck with dermatologists. The last one I went to, I went to on my own time. I took a $20 cab (each way) from my college campus, only to find out that they wouldn't let me see the doctor without an insurance card from my primary insurance which they wouldn't even take in the first place. (They took my secondary insurance, and I had a card, but that still wasn't good enough.) Another derm I went to a long time ago told me to spray salt water on my back (hah
