  1. Just set up an appointment for Wednesday, I hope this helps. It's encourage to hear about some other people's good results at this place. Is it customary to tip the esthetician afterwards?
  2. How is extraction usually done professionally? They don't just go one by one do they? They have some kind of gel/liquid that helps them come out?
  3. Thanks for the advice guys. After cecking Google Maps, I found this place, "Facelogic". It's close to where I live and seems to have glowing reviews. What do you guys think?
  4. I might look into that. I'd feel pretty bad having someone extract all these though, I imagine it would take a while. My skin has been pretty clear for a year or so, but blackheads are one thing I seem to always have.
  5. Oh so it's an at home thing? I thought it was some kind of treatment you were recommending. I've tried all different types of washes, scrubs and so on - none of them do anything for me, as far as I can tell. Would getting a facial done by a salon or something actually help extract blackheads from my skin? I thought that was more about moisturizing, anti wrinkle, etc.
  6. I've seen a few dermatologists and they all just tell me to wash my face twice a day and avoid touching my skin (duh). I've tried pore strips and just about every scrub/wash on the market with no results. I can push them out easily but they always come back, so I always avoid doing that since I figure touching my skin will always make it worse. I've heard things about using earwax remover to get rid of them, but I haven't found this product anywhere. Does anyone have any advice? This has be
  7. I never really get any pimples or redness anymore - except on my upper lip, but it only seems to happen after I drink draught beers. Could there be any connection, or just a coincidence?
  8. from this topic: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Waking-fa...ng-t278550.html
  9. Best of luck. Keep in mind BP products are really only effective at treating and preventing very minor acne, so don't expect miracles.
  10. I've been taking Niacinamide (Rx Nicotinamide for about 20 days, OTC Niacinamide from GNC the past few days). The past two weeks every couple of days I've been waking up with sever swelling in one or both eyes and one or both lips. Could it be related to this medicine? I am also on Sulfameth/TMP and take GNS Mega Mens Sport multivitamins. I figure it has to be an allergic reaction to something, it goes away in a few hours after waking up and taking Benadryl. It only ever occurs when I wake
  11. Do you mean the panoxyl body wash? I've had very good results using it like any normal bath soap.
  12. I'd take a photo but there isn't any external evidence of it, it seems like the swelling is on the inside. I didn't bite myself in my sleep and I don't think it's an allergic reaction to anything (but just in case, yesterday I had mussels and a pork quesadilla for dinner, two foods I eat all the time). On the right side of my mouth I've had a mucocele for a few months, I don't know if that could be related, but this is on both sides. Any idea what could've caused it? It's pretty much the oml
