  1. After starting using the jojoba oil, how long was it until you saw a decrease in oil? I'm going on about a week and a half now and haven't noticed anything yet.
  2. Hi kminz65, I have a few questions - When do you apply? morning, night or? - how often do you apply? - Do you wash it off or leave it on? Thanks The older I get the oilier my skin is ..i hate it. Basically just whenever I'm going to take a shower, usually at night. Once a day. I leave it on for about 5-10 minutes then rinse it off with water.
  3. You should do research before you post. Urine is not human waste, btw. You just have to have an open mind. To me, putting urine on my face isnt gross at all, im just going to wash it off in a couple minutes anyway so why does it matter?
  4. I've had acne and oily skin for about 7 years now, but I finally found something that actually works. I have tried every topical you could think of, antibiotic, etc. The only thing that has helped was accutane, which I ended up taking a 2nd time because my oil and acne slowly started to come back once I was off of it. The main reason i wanted to exfoliate is because after a couple days i get dry skin that just sits on my face. Anyone know if my skin will eventually get used to exfoliation or w
  6. This is true. Most people do not get one. It's easy to think everyone does since the people who do make posts about it. I never got an IB, my skin just started improving from day one.
  7. I've heard of people actually drinking ACV. Is this as effective as using it like a mask or w/e?
  8. I have been mixing sea salt with water in a bowl then soaking my face in it for around 90 sec. I'm slowly seeing my red marks disappear. Hopefully it keeps working.
  9. while taking B5 will your oil continue to decrease over time or will it just decrease some then stay at that amount? i have been taking it for about 2 1/2 weeks now and i have seen a slight decrease in oil but there is still much more oil than i want. will i continue to see a decrease in oil?
  10. is taking more than 10g harmful or bad for you?
