I took accutane. While I was on accutane I was taking lots of Whey protein, nothing happend. I'd say as long as you don't do steroids you'd be fine. Creatine, L-Glutamine, Argenine, Whey, even Cytogainer *great weight gainer* were all FINE for me when I took accutane. Hope this helps.

If you have taken accutane or know anything about how to get the redness out of a face please read on! I went on a full cycle of Accutane and yes, it cleared me 100% with the occasional pimple here and there. It's been about 5 months since I've finished it and now, my face is still red, and also my lips are still dry, and require chapstick wherever I go. I start tomorrow, what do I do with my B5? Can I still take it with the Accutane so I don't break out like crazy?

I am 15 and starting Accutane tomorrow morning. Is there anything I should know? What kind of moisturizer should I use etc.? Also, can I continue taking B5 at 10g a day to INCREASE the results of Accutane?

I work out 5 days a week and the other 2 I run, would the Accutane inhibit this? I'm 15 and may be starting Accutane in a week....Was it worth it? What were your results like?
