  2. OP, I am in the exact same situation as you. I am a 24 y o male. I could have wrote that myself. I recently ordered a few books, clear for life by seppo pussa and clear skin forever by Devin Mooers. It goes into detail the causes of acne and some things you can do to help such as diet, supplements, topicals, stress reduction, etc. Most of the content from both books are backed by scientific studies, so they may be helpful if you want to look into them.   3. Happy thanksgiving all. This is a shot in the dark but does anyone out there know of any drugs that are like Accutane without the side effects or with less or minimal side effects? Anything that is due to be coming out soon?? Like many of you on here I can't take acne anymore and Accutane is the closest thing to a cure(but can come at a terrible cost).
