  1. My forehead looks like that!!!!! I'm not really sure what it is, but I tried doing some peels and exfoliation and it helped a tiny bit. If the little bumps are near your hairline, it could be that a new shampoo/conditioner is causing it.
  2. Maybe control your stress levels and things that deal with your hormones? Because stress increases higher cortisol levels which is a type of hormone that can increase acne. You could also take vitamins and pills to balance out your hormones.
  3. For me, the worst part of having acne is on my forehead and cheeks. I scar easily even if i didn't have that much acne, it looked horrible. I just hate it when I'm talking to someone, and they are looking at me acne, not my eyes. But yeah acne is horrible either way.
  4. well, personally for me, i use a really, really gentle daily scrub that isn't supposed to harm my skin, it does more cleaning but is not like an exfoliater. I began to exfoliate my face everyday, but it just made it irritated and red, I don't recommend it. Maybe your skin would feel more clean if you put a cleansing toner on your face after you wash? (btw only exfoliate 1-2 a week) Hope this helped!!!
  5. Hi, so I have pretty mild acne and I get acne on my my forehead and cheeks. I have normal to combination skin and quite a lot of hyper pigmentation and scarring. My acne and scarring have gotten better and they change according to my hormones and such. Recently, I got a lot more tiny pimples and they aren't going away. They seem to be multiplying!!! I do touch my face quite a lot and it seems like it got worse, I hate going in harsh lights because of it, any suggestions? It can't be anything too
  6. I have never heard of that before, are you both sensitive to BP? That is really weird, you should get that checked...

  8. Its ok, I feel the same way. I always feel like people create not do great quality products to treat acne and most of the time, they probably don't work! And i end up buying jars and bottles for acne. My friends still love me the way I am, but they can't look me in the eyes because they are always looking at my face, same with my teachers! I cry constantly(but only in the shower) because of acne and so many other depressing factors in my life. But I think if I try to stay positive, maybe I'll ge
  9. I feel actually pretty good today, my acne isn't too bad and its starting to calm down...for nowXD. everyone at school and my friends still respect me and my parents are always supporting me, so I am feeling fine!!!!! I wish everyone else a good day as well!
  10. I have those irritating bumps as well!!!!! I think it was because I added a new product to my routine and I stopped using it! It helped a ton, and your acne should go away soon, they won't last long. Make sure to exfoliate and moisturize a lot. Drink lots of water and eat healthy foods! HOPE THIS HELPED!!!
  11. For me, putting on aloe vera every night before going to bed, has greatly reduced it!
  12. From, your story it looks like either you are having a stress breakout or diet change. Since it is in the cheeks area, it could also be hormonal. I'm not entirely sure. By the way, I think you need to cut back on the products you are using. Too much could make it worse, you just need a basic routine to stick to. For me, I used to have the same problem, I all of a sudden got acne on my cheeks, and I didn't know the cause!!! they are still there but not that bad. For me, I think its just hormonal/
  13. I think that you should take out the new product since that seems like the main thing thats causing your dryness, it should be good that you have oily skin, that way, your skin's natural oils can replenish your skin! If you overdry it, it will become even more oily in the future.
  14. I would say stick with a basic skincare routine and don't overuse products. Also try eating healthier, cutting dairy out, and drink lots of water. You could also use Aloe vera to help your scarring. My face looks pretty similar to yours, except it probably has a lot more pimples......XD You still look super pretty and don't let acne bring you down! GOOD LUCK!!!
  15. I am 13 and I have pretty light acne, can I still get it? My skin is clear at times and then it breakouts. Are their any other symptoms you could tell me that may indicate I have it? How do you even get it in the first place? I don't think I have it but....
