  1. I have the same issue sometimes. It can be hard to tell whether something is a real scar or just PIH, but you figure if it's hard to tell and it actually does end up being a scar, it won't be too noticeable eh? But yeah, depending on how old those are, they may fill in with time or will at least improve. Redness/pinkness is usually what makes them seem worse than they really are.   2. Those are very very slight dents, not too noticeable at all honestly! Could you take a picture without smiling, to see what they look like when your face is relaxed? Going with what Ang22 said, dermarolling is probably your best bet.
  3. I'm currently using Doxycycline and Aczone as antibiotics, and I was on Atralin until I realized it was exfoliating to the point of digging up previously healed atrophic scars! Therefore, I stopped using it. I told my derm, and she said she couldn't see the scars too well and they should 'fill in' nicely. Whatever there. But she prescribed me Finacea instead.
