  1. Ahhh the Lubriderm did break me out. I spoke too soon. The areas around my mouth where I used it broke out (well, I got two spots, one on either side of my mouth). The spots are pretty big and they kind of hurt, and they're in really akward areas. Both of them are literally right next to my mouth, which is definitely a more prominent part of my face. Even when they are covered by concealer, they still look obvious. I used the sulfur mask on them the last two nights, but they aren't realy subsid
  2. Definitely go the Head and Shoulders classic clean route. It cleared me up within a week. Bacne is gross, and the girl probably doesn't want to find out you have it. So just go into a dark room, or turn off the lights. It's hotter that way anyway.
  3. If you don't mind my suggesting it, the ultimate birth control pill to get rid of acne is Estrostep. It not only does it's job as a contraceptive, but is made specifically for people with hormonal acne. I just got on it again after about a year, but when I used to take it, my skin cleared completely within a month and the acne never came back while I was taking it. If Yasmin doesn't clear you up completely, you should look into Estrostep.
  4. The regimen I've been following is working like a dream. I haven't had a new spot in about a week, and I commited the ultimate skin crime and slept in makeup the other day, and still didn't break out at all. Of course, there's always a freakin drawback. My skin is really dry around my mouth area anfd my jawline. I've stopped mediacting around that area, but it stays dry and flaky. I'm hoping it's the AHA in the Healthy Skin lotion exfoliating my skin, and that eventually it will go away. The onl
  5. Apply bp, moisturize with Origins Never say dry Apply Laura Mercier Silk Creme foundation with brush Benefit dandelion powder all over face Apply Mac Blush Apply 2 coats of L'oreal voluminous mascara after curling lashes Wait for eyelashes to dry, then curl again Line eyes with MAC eyeliner Cherry chapstick on lips Takes about 15 minutes, I'm a bit careless about application.
  6. I just abandoned my old foundation, Px Flawless, for Laura Mercier silk creme. Px started to break me out, but the silk creme has never. For a great coverage foundation that won't make you break out and looks good, I'd say try silk creme. It's oil and fragrance free and non-comodgenic.
  7. If you're looking for coverage, I don't think that would do it. I used to use Laura's powder foundation, but it was a bit sheer.
  8. You're really a very attractive boy. I just started using Neutrogena Healthy Skin lotion for my scarring, which is pretty similar to yours judging by your pictures, and it works great. I've known people that have been using it for alot longer and their scarring almost completely faded after using it. I guess the AHA in it smooths out your skin. Maybe look into it if you want.
  9. Thanks, Tash! Whew it's been awhile since I last updated. I found out recently that my beloved Flawless Skin foundation by Prescriptives was making me break out- badly. All of a sudden. I tried to use a little more than usual one night (I was going out and wanted a more polished look) and, lo and behold, I had a huge breakout. But with my trusty regimen, I've cleared up in the course of about 5 days. I changed up my regimen again, because I ran out of my Proactiv cleanser and I needed some form

  11. Haha I swear by baby powder for greasy roots- and it adds volume. I've made one too many mistakes with not brushing it all the way through. If you're out of concealer, use the mucked up stuff on the top and outside of your liquid foundation bottle in place of it and uh mix sugar and vaseline together to exfoliate your lips.
  12. Hah I get what you mean with the x's... I'm definitely gonna try and use my brush tommorow instead of a sponge.
  13. If you already liked Shiseido, but wanted something that was more longlasting, I'd suggest their Dual Balancing Foundation. That stuff does not budge at all. It makes skin look good too.
