  1. I have 16 hours days. Can I do a water only wash midday and reapply moisturizer?
  2. Okay, thank you for the encouragement, I'll keep at it. That picture is kind of on the healing cycle of the last breakout. I do use jojoba oil, but I think I might try to use a little less BP.
  3. I've been on the regimen for four months now and my skin still looks really bad. It's still flakey, I still get bad cystic acne breakouts every once in a while, and it just doesn't look good. I use the AHA, I do everything as he says, I also eat well and exercise and drink water. Do I keep on with the regimen? Does it take this long??
  4. Don't give up the regimen, it takes quite a while. I would say that the timing between steps varies from person to person. For me personally, I take short cold showers, and then I get out and barely dry my face with the towel, so it takes about eight minutes to fully dry. If you feel fully dry after 2-3 minutes, then go for it. Also, for the flakes, I would suggest adding the jojoba oil, and when you can, start using a little bit of Glycolic acid with your daily moisturizer at night. My face was
  5. I am in a similar situation as you. Right now u am doing the acne.org regimen, taking clearetto which is a vitamin for acne that has zinc and such, I drink lots of water, I excercise daily, and I have a healthy diet with no dairy. I don't know what to do next. My forehead was clear for the longest time while I had terrible acne on my cheeks. Now my cheeks are clear but my chin and forehead erupt every day.
