  1. Are you sure they are cold sores? I though I had cold sores, but when seeing my derm he told me they where an infection. Probably caused by licking my lips too much. Just one quick question. 3. For the people that have cold sores. When you get them, do they heal in 1-2 days? I ask these because I got a lot of "pimples" and I called my derm and told him it was cold sores (I had never had one before), so he told me to take Valtrex (in Mexico you don't need prescriptions for the majority of medicines so I didn't went to see him). 2 and a half weeks passed and I still had new ones, they would heal in 1-2 days and appear again in another place (in my lips). In fact the two major problems are pregnancies while accutane, and liver damage (that's why you make blood exams, to prevent this). EDIT: as for the test, just don't eat or drink for 8-10 hrs before the exam. Water is accepted. A
  6. I am having the same problem. At first I thought I had herpes, I was freaked out. Then I calmed down and kind of accepted herpes (after seeing it is very common). But then 2 and a half weeks passed and I had continuous breakouts, they only lasted 1-2 days, they disappeared and new ones appeared. So I called my derm again (I hadn't went to see him) and he told me to go and see him. After seeing me he told me it wasn't herpes, that it was an infection due to constant lip licking (and probably ins
