I was wondering the same thing about mino...... I took Mino for about 4 months, 3 of which it cleared me almost completely. It was great!!! Then, the acne came back almost overnight!!!! So I went on accutane, which was great. My acne stayed clear for about 4-5 months after, and now I am on the regimen in my signature. Ihave been on Mino for about 2 months and now I am completely clear Does anyone know if taking accutane prior to mino the 2nd time will change the affect that mino has on me? Wi

Last year after a ton of antibiotics that did nothing to me, I tried a Mino and Tazorac combination. It cleared me for 2 months until my acne came back when I became immune. It was over a period of less than a week that my face exploded. I then went on accutane and after was clear for about 5 months. I have been on Mino for six weeks now (as well as BP and differin but that started about 2 months ago) and my face has cleared up quite a bit. I am very happy with mino, although I worry becoming resistant to it. Any advice on probiotics?

always be aware that there IS a chance that you will notice NO initial breakout. This was my case.

Pretty good and optimistic. Im going to give minocycline 3 more weeks, and I then if it doesnt clear up good enough im going on tane again. Also, my gf and I have been together for 2 months now, and I have had bad acne through all of those 2 months. I never had any before that for about 6 because i was just off tane and clear, but she doesnt seem to care that I started breaking out right when i met her, so she is a keeper. I love her!! Just a note to all those out there struggling: Go on tane!

So is this saying that if your acne is worse, it is more likely to not come back?
