  1. Where the heck to people get energy from? I feel like I lack the essential energy to go through everyday life like others. It's like i'm dragging my head behind my body...Damnit head, get over here! I've tried some phosphatidyl serine and ginkogo, but that only gets me so far...I need some brain super recharge supplement. Anyone have ideas?(legal and not detrimental to health). Oh and why the hell do prof's have to put random questions on finals and expects the students to pull the answer o
  2. 1) How bad would you rate you acne out of 10? Ranges from 4-6 2) How long have you sufferd with acne? 7 years 3) Are you takeing any medication? ( and what? ) I've been taking a combo of herbs/supplements for two weeks for acne, but alot for brain power(since i lack energy most of the time)..these include Hydraplenish(hyaluronic acid), green tea extract, pau d'arco, phosphatidyl serine, and good ol' ginkogo biloba I've noticed some difference in diminishing the time it takes the acne to heal,
  3. Does he like dry fruits or nuts? this site : http://www.nutsonline.com has a wide variety of organic dried fruits and nuts! Their sun dried tomatoes and papaya are superb
  4. I was wondering what brand of the supplements are the best. I know that supplements aren't regulated, so the efficacy differs with each brand. What brands would ya'll recommend?
  5. I've used several moisturizers in the past, and right now do a rotation of 3 different moisturizers each day. I haven't found a moisturizer that was less than fifteen dollars that didn't leave a film or clogged pores, or created an oil slick, but once you go above 15 dollars-40, there are quite a few to choose from. I've tried all the Clinique, Aveeno, Clean&Clear, Ponds(YUCK), and other drugstore brands, but found that moisturizers I found online or at Bath & Body work the best: Alba
