  1. Thank you so much for your response! I've pretty much tried everything trying to get rid of this things, and these studies gave me some hope! Sorry, I must've posted the wrong link. I had so many tabs open, trying to research this. But this study gives more information and photos: http://www.odermatol.com/odermatology/20151/4.Zonun-Zonunsanga.pdf What do you think?
  2. I just found this study online, in which the participants' scars were treated with microneedling and glycolic peels, both performed on the same day. There was significant improvement. I am curious to find out if anyone has ever tried this. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22151943
  3. Sorry, didn't see this until now! I just took a few photo's in horrible light to show you what it looks like now. I go back and forth about the results. I sometimes am super happy I did it, sometimes I'm not even sure it did anything. I have a bad case of rosacea, so don't mind the blochiness in the photos. You can see the bottom one (the "dimple") has some discoloration still. I'm hoping that once that fades, it will look less deep. I had the procedure done in Thailand when I was on hol

  5. Thanks, Roberittoo. Your progress has been a true inspiration and motivation! One week post, and I am pretty happy with the result so far. Two of the three areas treated have pretty much flattened out completely. The "dimple" scar still seems a little tethered, or at least somewhat depressed. I have been suctioning at least twice a day, in the morning and before bed. It is still slightly blue, and proves hard to camouflage, but so far, it has all been well worth it. I am excited to see how it
  6. Hi all, This forum has been like a bible for me in the past years, so it's only fair for me to show my progress now. I had subcision done on three rolling scars on 7 June, 2015 and I have been keeping progress ever since. I have been using a small bottle to create suction as I have read so many people having amazing results using the subcision-suction method. I am not sure if the suction is as strong as those pumps they sell, but it definitely can't hurt to try. This before shot shows two of
