  1. HEY ...i decided to come back on here and read my old journal, becuz i remember how skinny and healthy i got when i was on this method and i wanted to get back on track with it. Also clear skin would be great. ...I think i am gunna start following the hottie method again..... so here I'll start again from day one! Breakfast- half of a bagel Lunch- Hamburger and peaches and fries Supper- Hamburger and potatoes Snack- half of bagel Lots of water 4 peice of gum 2 mineral supplements multi-vitamin 1 tsp of flax seed oil Washed face in shower with Dove soap with exfoliating beads...I will wash with Dove Pillow again b4 bed Face is normal color Pimple Status- 1 white head...like 2 new red ones ...but I have not normally been getting new one

  15. Thanks Leon and jcp9 , for writing to me . It's kewl to know that people are reading it. Also I'm glad that I inspired u to write about ur own progress jcp9. I am definetly doing this journal for my self, but also to help others out. So far the Hottie Method has improved my skin at least 10%, and I'm sure the progress will continue. Also I noticed since being on it, seeing it forces you to eat healthier, I have lost some weight not even intending to. So I'm happy about those results also.
