  1. no its not. finish out ur month. i considered the last month one of the crappiest months. ur thinking im clear and my lips r messed up, i just wanna stop. but once its done ull be so much happier. also ur names whateverittakes, dont forget that :) oh, Im not thinking of taking less overall just taking less for a longer amount of time. I personally want to be on the drug for as long as I can...the side effects aren't that bad and my hair is never greasy really? well i dont kno
  2. personally i had faith it would work, i read about tane extensively. looking at medical sites rather then here for facts, just cause theyve done there research. 2nd month sucks, sorry dude. i started clearing around month 4. i was on 80 mg a day for 6 months, but i weigh 215 lbs. cleared me up completely, and been off for about a year and still good. dont worry dude, itll work. its gonna be a bitch, but well worth it. wait till u start being subconscious about ur lips and not ur face. h
  3. my doc told me to not worry about fat. saying the amount u get in an ordinary day is enough

  5. hard to say, ask ur doc. they have more experience then we do
  6. i thought that too, but since using cetaphil (at night only, it is pretty greasy) i have had no facial dryness. i really recommend it. also u buy one bottle and it last forever.
  7. well in many places, they say acne can be in ur skin for awhile before it ever appears. once the oil stops ur skin is just getting rid of all the bad stuff in ur skin. and hence ib. also ur skin doesnt know how to react to not having so much oil so it freaks out. this is just my opinion.
  8. the first time i ever seen my derm, i told her what i been on and she suggested it right off the bat. i was gonna ask for it too. i suggest u do the same thing, just tell them everything u been on. i too was very embarrassed to go, i hated talking about my acne and going to a place to specifically talk about it freaked me out. but looking back at it now, it was easily one of the best decisions i made.
  9. well i think since you been on prescriptions, and they havent worked. and u suffered with acne for 7 years. if u can, u should take accutane. most people only need one course, and there problems with acne are usually done. best decision i ever done, i wish i had done it earlier
  10. yea i got quite a few scraps and cuts, just randomly. i think i look kinda bad ass with them.
  11. whenever i wake up my collar of my shirt is pretty wet from sweat. apparently sweating is common.
  12. i weight lift, play flag football, and run. and i havent had a problem, expect for a little muscle pains. but that could be attributed to the working out. oh stretching afterwards helps.
  13. well u sometimes get weird muscle pains. like the middle of my chest hurts like crazy when before it didnt. but i never really had a terrible effect from it. oh sometimes when i sweat i itch like crazy on my neck, so i started putting hydro cortisone on my neck before i workout or if i know im gonna sweat, works like a charm.
  14. yea most people who post on here have a negative thing to say about accutane. i think if u can realize that people mostly just post on here because they need help with something and know it might not happen to u, u should be ok. also sometimes people exaggerate or it might not even be accutane related. after the first few months, the only problems ive had were dry lips.
