  1. Truly a great notion that should be weighted by all struggling accutane users.
  2. put some lotion ASAP! I did that and it turned into rashes and then my skin looked really bad (like on my forarms, shoulders, triceps, etc. It will rash up and then you'll get little dots that look like ringworms, it goes away in a few days with lotion but avoid it in the first place!
  3. the last 2 nights, I have woke up twice in the middle of the night with bloody noses. I've been on accutane for about 3 weeks, and I just now started experiencing this. I got this really expensive stuff that's supposed to be really good, it's called ponaris nasal emollient, should help me. Question, is taking creatine/protein while on accutane bad? I have really experienced any joint pains or anything different from before while doing my daily workout.
  4. I started accutane about 2 weeks ago and I've had to add an additional day inbetween my recovery from heavy-weight lifting. I used to lift every other day, now it's once every 3 days. But nonetheless, i'm still doing it . Honestly, you cant really be scared and or not try at all while on accutane, because everyones body reacts differently to the drug, and you might not even have a side effect.
  5. It's actually 1100 a month, my PARENTS have to pay 550/month. ridiculous eh? is it accutane or a generic? how many mg/day? you can get it cheaper if you use a generic and find the lowest price pharmacy (probably wal mart or costco.) It's accutane, and rite-aid. yeah it seems really ridiculous, and it's only 40 mg.

  7. Yay! Finally after almost 6 months im starting accutane. The regime on this site helped me quite a bit but my back still has it kinda bad and my face isnt 100% clear so im starting the miracle drug! One thing sucks though is it cost my parents 550 a month (insurance will only cover for half!) pretty ridiculous but theyre gonna go that far to get my acne cleared!
  8. Gonna do this in the morning and night before my CSR, seems pretty solid. Did it earlier today and afterwords I could see the difference, the little white/blackheads had nearly vanishes, but the bigger blackheads under the skin etc become more noticeable. Those are what i'm going to fight with the CSR. Overall this is a risk free method, and I would advise that anyone atleast try it, because this guy is right.
  9. For a cleanser I got Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for normal to oily skin. Non-comedogenic. For the moisturizer I acquired Neutrogena body moisturizer. Daily Therapeutic Lotion. Was one of the very few that had no medicine or oils in it. Btw, this is my pic http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y47/pimpinclan/dan2.jpg That's when my skin had very little acne. That was with my previous products.
  10. No products to discontinue. I'm using a Clean and Clear blackhead scrub for a cleanser, I wash my face with soap, dry, wet it, put that on leave it on for 3-4 minutes as I can feel it cleaning deeply in my pores (little tingly feeling). Was that off, pat dry, put on neutrogena on the spot 2.5% benzoil peroxide solution, apply it very lightly and let it absorb. Then sometimes I add in a eucerine alpha hydroxy lotion Try to get on the Regimen as Dan describes. Scrubs and medicated cleanser

  12. Recently, I start using the CSR to which it was working great. First 3 weeks were great, and by the third week I was nearly acne free. Then, I developed a rather large bump on my upper forehead, that was unpoppable. I think it was a cyst or something. So, I read around, took a warm needle, punctured it, got out all the pus, washed thoroughly, and everything was fine. Then I got a few more smaller ones in the same area. now I have 3-4 of them. They're really not THAT noticible so i'm not THAT wor
