  6. Yes you are on the border to being underweight. Eat some healthy fat: coconut oil, olive oil, coconut milk, almonds.   9. Wrong Let me rephrase, "Hormonal" acne and diet induced acne is the same thing in humans but not in trolls and bridges.

When people bulk they will usually eat excess carbohydrates, BCAA, leucine-rich whey- or casein-based protein concentrates to gain muscle mass. All the above is known to cause acne.
