  1. Are u still taking supplements? Maybe if you went a week without them your skin might get better. But that sucks its coming back, especially after you won the battle. I hope yours will clear up soon! Hmmm okay I'll try it and see how it goes, thanks for the advice!
  2. No workout supplement, but I think I will have to stop working out. I didn't yesterday and there was a dramatic improvement in the morning. Definitely frustrating, I dont know whether to keep going or not, it's like either way I lose out on something.
  3. My acne was clearing great and I thought finally it will go away on its own. I started to work out thinking it might help my acne. I was wrong. My acne started flaring up and within a couple days I had a whole bunch of small whiteheads and small cysts along my cheek/jaw on my right side. I then started using a makeup remover wipe before my workout to wipe off my makeup from the day and washing my face with water after working out, but it's not getting any better. My acne is sort of just sitting
  4. I would be able to talk to guys and not feel like theyre looking at my acne. I would go in a pool and get my face wet. I would definitely be more outgoing. If i had clear skin I would feel normal just like everybody else and not to wear any foundation/concealer would be amazing. I would go everyday, just like that if I didnt have any acne.
  5. Im at school right now and wont make eye contact with anyone. Im wearing makeup, but to me its just making my skin stand out more. It looks pretty bad today and i wish it would stop breaking out. I dont know whats wrong, im guessing new makeup, but its really upsetting. Im really afraid im just gonna leave, but school is important. I wish i could look people in the eye and not worry about their reaction when they see my skin. Ugh, being in college with acne sucks.
  6. I'm feeling pretty bad, the treatment I've been using stopped working like it use to, so I've been breaking out a little and have this big red pimple, which hurts, on my chin. Makeup does a really good job covering it up, but once it's off I'm still upset... Idk it's difficult. The hot and humid months are also starting to come, so that means even more trouble to come. I'm really hoping next week when school resumes my skin will looks passable up close.
  7. I get acne there too; I stopped drinking coffee and it helped my acne alot, you could also try and switch your birth control.
  8. Not that bad when I woke up, but as the day goes on I'm starting to think it looks worse. Not excited for class tomorrow, especially since my makeup will probably melt off.
