  1. Check out this article to choose the right one. I reccomend the Honeywell WM255 Warm Mist, Table Top with Humidstat or Hunter 32011 model. I'd stay away from the Holmes versions. They got pretty bad reviews. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/applian...01CH0&source=DG
  2. This may sound incredibly simple but I tell you it has worked wonders. For years since I moved into my new apartment with electric heat I would wake up with incredibly dry, flaky skin. Very embarassing. And as we all know dry skin gets embedded in pores and causes acne. So I finally read somewhere that I should use a humidifier to stabilize the moisture in the air. My moisture was running at about 15% in the winter with the electric heat on. Now it runs closer to 50%. My complexion has g
  3. What should you use to dry your face after washing it with a cleanser? I don't use towels any longer because I'm afraid potential detergents used to clean them may be bad for the pores. I currently use Viva clothlike paper towels. Anyone think that is good or bad?
  4. I'm looking to gain some weight ... Maybe 20 pounds.. without aggravating acne and have read that a meal replacement powder with whey protein is the way to go. I've also read that I should select one with a low glycemic index not using maltodextrin. Although the substitute seems to be barley which I've also read may promote acne. I've narrowed my choice down to the 2 products below. Which should I choose? Prolab's Lean Mass Matrix If you have been looking for a revolutionary approach to bodyb

  6. I have been happy with my B5 treatment (about 6 months now). I'm just wondering for those of it who have been on it for over a year if they experienced any new side effects other than: Dry Lips Stomach Growling The main reason I ask is that I did just have a real bad stomach ache (which I never get) with shooting pains and was wondering if it may be related.

  9. Does anyone else's stomach growl whilst on B5? How do you stop that? An if you take something will it counter the positive effects of B5?
  10. I have been using a product for years now (Phytocort Acne Gel) and have been very happy with it. But they just changed one of the ingredients from Fumaria extract to grapefruit seed extract. Is this a known irritant or is it ok? Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Arnica, Fumaria (Now Grapefruit seed extract), Tea Tree Oil, Rose Hip Oil, Vitamins A and E, Sorbin Acid (Natural Preservative).

  12. Im currently taking B5 which has helped considerably with the acne. Is it safe to drink the lemon juice thing (will this further dry my skin) and just dab vinegar on my 3 stubborn red mark scars?
  13. Ive been on b5 for one week and am only taking 5 g a day but have had great results... Definitely a reduction in the amount of pimples Im getting... My lips are a lil dryer but its no big thing... Also my chin is dry.... But its working...
