  2. Hey Sauna, I love the sauna myself. It sounds like you got it under control, but be careful not to touch your face while you are in the sauna with your hands or a towel. I always make that mistake. Just a FYI
  3. Hey Keke, you should try exfoliating your skin and they try a face mask. I use the Lush Ocean Salt Exfoliator and then go with Glamglow. Works well for me. however, those items are really expensive, you can easily find an alternative DYI face mask and exfoliator online. Try that out and let me know if it works !
  4. I hope it helps, I did read a review on the website about someone who purchased one because they sleep with their dog, but they also mentioned that they did not have acne, they were just concerned about the bacteria. Let me know if it works out for you !
  5. Hi ! You say you are waking up with acne, did you know dermatologist recommend washing your pillowcase every 2-3 days ? kind of unrealistic for most people. I use the Sleepclean pillowcase, works wonders for me. Also don't forget to launder all of your bedding with hypoallergenic detergent as frequently as possible. There is so much bacteria on your pillowcase and bed that contribute to acne. Let me know if this helps !
  6. Hi - Depending on your region it could be summer time and this can lead to an increase in sweating, as you know sweat can seep into those open pores and cause acne. Try to drink a lot of water, keep your hair out of your face, and try to keep your hand off the face as well. Let me know if that helps !
  7. Hey Inthenoise - Dont forget that your pillowcase / pillow could be the cause of your acne. Remember to wash your pillowcase every 2-3 days and drink lots of water ! Hope that helps. Im a really firm believer that the night time regime and bedding can make or break the following day. Hope that helps !

  10. Make sure to keep your pillowcases and sheets clean, try using a fresh pillowcase every night. Make sure to tie back your hair if you have longer hair and try to stay happy ! stress can cause breakouts
  11. I use oil free moisturizer from Khiels, pretty expensive but it works when my skin gets oily, but dont apply any moisturizer while your pores are open. ie after the shower or exercising , keep my updated !
